Account and sign-in
Just LFT uses Sign in with Apple. If you can’t sign in, make sure you’re signed into your Apple ID on the device and try again. If the problem persists, email us at support@justlft.com.
Subscriptions and purchases
Pro is an optional subscription billed through your Apple account. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the app’s paywall and tap “Restore”. To manage or cancel, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Your data and sync
Your workouts are stored on your device and synced to your account so they’re available across devices and after reinstalling. If your data doesn’t appear after signing in, check your internet connection and give the sync a moment to finish.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data from within the app, in Settings. If you need help, email us at support@justlft.com.
Reporting a bug or suggesting a feature
We’d love to hear from you. Email support@justlft.com with what happened (and steps to reproduce, if it’s a bug). Screenshots and your device/iOS version are a big help.
